In the very fast world we live in, our expectations as customers increase year on year and the simple things like returning phone calls, following up viewings and regular client updates are just as important as the number of hits you have received via the website.

Lisa has had several years experience within the property industry having done every job within the lettings business and finally having been a Senior Manager for a firm of Estate and Letting Agents, setting up a new Lettings Division within the local area.

Lisa has a diploma in Residential Lettings & Management, a Technical Award in Lettings & Management and a diploma in Domestic Energy Assessing.

Lisa is a member of both the NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents).

Yvonne Guise
Branch Manager - Netherfield Branch

Having bought out Real Estate One, to retain Yvonne as Branch Manager was key for us.
Having worked within this industry for 10 years Yvonne has a wealth of experience which also carries through to conveyancing having studied for a qualification in this field.
Yvonne has worked for both independent and corporate companies, but much prefers to work for an independent agency that values it clients more than its profits.

Having seen Solutions continue to grow over the past 2 years, Sue is delighted to be on board at a time when Solutions have recently expanded further with the addition of the Netherfield branch.

Sue has worked in the industry for the past 5 years with another local agent as a Sales Negotiator and slowly worked her way up through the ranks which gives her immense experience within the field.

Coming from a family of Property Developers, it was a natural step for Gemma to want to develop her career within the property sector.

Gemma has an excellent knowledge of the immediate area having lived locally all her life and is an instrumental member of our Sales Support Team as well as providing excellent administration skills.
